This coffee is produced by the Inoi Farmers Cooperative Society, representing around 540 smallholder farmers. The cherries are delivered to Ndimi washing station in Kirinyaga, one of Kenya’s most respected coffee-growing regions.
The region’s fertile soils, consistent rainfall, and moderate climate create ideal conditions for growing high-quality coffee.
The coffee is fully washed. After harvesting, cherries are sorted, fermented overnight, washed, and dried on raised beds for 10–20 days.
This careful process enhances clarity and highlights the bright, fruit-driven character typical of Kenyan coffees.
SL28 and SL34 are traditional Kenyan varieties known for complexity and vibrant acidity, supported by Batian and Ruiru 11 for structure and resilience.
